Mobilee is still in development, but will be the first place on Android phones for finding your new phone contract, pay as you go phone or mobile broadband deal, which you can either buy on the phone or send a link to your email address to review/buy at a later date. Development is well under way and will be in pre-launch testing very soon.

The app allows users to search through the thousands of deals available on all major UK networks and narrow down until they find the best deal possible. One feature of Mobilee is the Beat My Tariff function, which allows users to put all the details of their tariff or any tariff into the simple user interface, the app will then search through every deal to find deals that beat it. Users can also search by a particular phone, to find the best deals on their next phone.

There is currently nothing on the Android Market to find users a new phone contract, deal or dream phone, this is the niche gap I'm looking to fill with Mobilee.

As there is so much data for the deals, each phone holds an up-to-date db of deals, which syncs automatically syncs with a JSON web service that I designed and built in Symfony to restrict the amount of data bandwidth usage on each handset to an absolute minimum.

TV Guide UK is a TV listings app built to ease the discovery and lookup of whats on Sky, Freeview and Virgin Media channels. The app was initially designed to integrate into Sky TV's Listings and enable users to find programmes they want to record and then send a record request to their Sky+ box at home.

This soon turned into a fully featured paid-for app with many more features including: recommended viewing and top shows, phone calendar reminders, whats on now & next, search functionality, favourite channels, etc.

The app integrates into web services for all data, and locally caches data to minimise bandwidth usage when on mobile networks.

Fuelage is an app to use every time you fill up with fuel. Users use the app to track and record their mileage, fuel and price using metric or imperial units. This allows them to track their fuel usage and mileage.

The app includes lots of statistics such as total mileage/fuel/cost, average fuel economy/consumption, cost per litre/gallon, cost per mile/kilometer.
