ProjectCrowd.com is my own creation. Initially ProjectCrowd was built as an in-house project management and invoicing tool, to allow easy project task & milestone management and quick and easy invoice generation.
Bluice
stage of lifecycle: Live
Bluice needed a website to promote a new image for their bar, restaurant and club. The site is built using Symfony's excellent templating system. Also used in the site is my own Symfony plugin which enables easy integration of sIFR, which enables the site to replace certain areas of text (such as titles/headings) with nicely smoothed flash text.
Rapid Personnel
stage of lifecycle: Live
With Rapid Personnel's site the brief was to design and develop a fresh new site, for the company to present a professional image to all clients and candidates. I've built the site using Symfony in it's most basic form, really utilising the power of the routing and templating systems.
Symfony-Blog.co.uk
stage of lifecycle: Live
This site is a partnership between myself (Rob Holmes) and a good friend Barrie Jarman, who is also a freelance web developer. Our aim is to share our knowledge of our favourite PHP framework, called Symfony.
I've built the web site using WordPress, a powerful blogging tool. In the right hands WordPress can turnaround a very quick and very good blog, for the world to see.
Micheldever JYFC
stage of lifecycle: Live
Micheldever Junior Youth Football Club approached me to build their site with a full content management system, allowing all updates to be carried out by club officials.
The site has been developed with a fully functional fixtures/results and match reporting system built into the CMS. This allows the club secretary and/or managers to login and enter their fixtures, results, scorers and match report into the system.
The site also incorporates latest news, events for the diary, newsletters and directions to the ground, providing an effective way to communicate all club information to players, parents and opposing teams.
Longparish Cricket Club
stage of lifecycle: Live
This site features a custom Content Management System and fixture/result tracking system. Building the site in this way has enabled the club to update the entire site, and keep everyone involved with the club, updated with all the latest information.
